Malama is a Hawaiian word that means to care for, protect, and nourish. It embodies the essence of feminine wisdom—a balance of strength, softness, and nurturing. At Malama Club, we’re here to help women reconnect with their bodies, energy, and emotions, offering a space for deep nourishment and personal empowerment.
Through a variety of thoughtful, nourishing classes, you’ll learn how to care for yourself with greater awareness and intention. From grounding movement and somatic healing to practices that support joint health, mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation—each class is designed to help you feel more calm, resilient, and connected to your body. Whether you’re looking to restore energy, release tension, or build sustainable strength and alignment, Malama Club offers a holistic approach to meet you exactly where you are.
At Malama Club, we offer group classes and private sessions designed to support your physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, endocrine harmony, and nervous system regulation. Our practices help you build true inner resilience and develop lasting self-care skills. Group classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at the beautiful Pua Mau Botanical Garden—you can find directions and parking information here.
We also offer deeply personalized one-on-one sessions. Learn more about our private offerings here.
Somatic Self-Care Class is a nervous system reset for sensitive, intuitive souls—an embodied practice to release tension, unlock energy, and return to your natural state of inner balance. This 60-minute guided journey is designed to harmonize your nervous system, release physical tension, and unblock stagnant energy. Through breathwork, self-massage, tapping, and gentle somatic movement, we work with the vagus nerve and acupressure points to create a sense of deep safety and balance in the body.
The class blends techniques from the Friedrich Kainz method, elements of yoga, Kundalini practices, and deep breathwork. At times, it may gently surface emotional layers held in the body—but always with care and tools to support integration and calm. Each class is a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore your inner flow.
Our intention is to help you build a sustainable, intuitive self-care practice—one where you learn to listen to your body and respond to its real needs. Every session introduces new techniques, so over time, you’ll create a personal toolkit for emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and grounded vitality.
Radiant Balance is a gentle 60-minute class designed to nourish your endocrine system and bring softness, strength, and stability to the body from within. Through breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and subtle energy techniques, we support the health of key glands—ovaries, thyroid, adrenals, and pituitary—inviting your neuroendocrine system into a more balanced and harmonious rhythm.
Each session blends somatic therapy, breath science, and ancient yogic practices, including mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (energetic locks), and guided meditations. These tools help regulate the nervous system while enhancing endocrine communication, improving circulation to hormonal centers, and restoring the body’s natural hormonal rhythms. You’ll learn to work with endocrine points and energy flows that directly influence your mood, energy, and overall vitality.
This class is a sanctuary for the feminine system—a space to reset, replenish, and realign. Over time, these practices help cultivate deeper neuroendocrine balance, emotional clarity, and a natural glow that radiates from within. It’s not about doing more—it’s about honoring your body’s wisdom and restoring the soft, grounded power of feminine wellbeing.

For over 20 years, I have been exploring the deep connection between the body, emotions, and the choices we make in life. I’ve witnessed how strength, flexibility, and vitality within the body shape our inner world — bringing clarity, confidence, and resilience into everything we do.
My journey began in 2003 as a fitness instructor. Over time, it deepened into teaching yoga, earning a Diploma in Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, and completing a yearlong training in somatic yoga for emotional trauma healing. My recent Diploma in Neurocoaching allows me to better understand how true transformation takes root in the brain and nervous system.
I created Malama Club as a sanctuary — a place of care, restoration, and belonging for women on the Big Island. Here, we reconnect to ourselves with tenderness and wisdom, learning to cultivate harmony, resilience, and grounded joy in our lives and in the lives of those we cherish.
The spirit of Malama — care, responsibility, protection — begins within.
Before we can offer peace and presence to others, we must learn to nourish and honor our own heart, body, and soul. This is the journey we walk together at Malama Club.
I warmly invite you to join me — to rediscover the deep well of love, strength, and serenity within you, and to carry that light into the world.
